When it isn't a school holiday, the 4 star rated family home becomes a Bed & Breakfast with unlimited acces to the ZEN DEN spa area for all guests.  

We have 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.  A French continental breakfast is served daily, bought each morning from the local market.  You share the house with us (me, Vanessa and my family) and other guests.

Access to the spa and sauna area is included with all reservations.  I encourage daily unlimited usage.  Trust me.  A haven of green, warmth & relaxation.

Available September 2024 until April 2025

Like the Bed & Breakfast formula but without the breakfast/kitchen and housekeeping but with full access to spa area.

We have 5 bedrooms so you'll be sharing the house with other guests and family but I most likely won't be around.

To help you, I have created for all my guests a virtual guidebook which gives my tips & tricks for La Rochelle (breakfast places, restaurants, activities ...). You could say the guide is me but in the virtual format!

Available summer and end of year holidays.

During the school holidays, rent the home, or as the French call it, a gîte.  With its 8 person capacity, in 4 bedrooms, each with its bathrooms, it is the perfect self-catered holiday house for spending time with your family or with your friends.  Rentals are for a minimum of 5 consecutive nights and 7 nights during the summer holidays and of course, the spa and sauna are part of the package.
