There are some pretty cool places for breakfast in La Rochelle.  Upon receiving your reservation, I will send you my guide the suggests some of them.

As opposed to daily housekeeping, every 3 nights, a member of the team will freshen up your room.

In all bedrooms : beds are made, carafe of water, Nespresso machine with capsule, tea kettle with Dammam tea and in the summer time, 2 beach towels (Fout ah). Rooms are cooled by a programmed air conditioning system.

In the bathrooms : bath linens, toilet paper as well as shampoo, condition, shower gel, make-up remover and cotton. 

Upon waking, at your chosen time, a French continental breakfast awaits you (hot drink, fresh squeezed orange juice, French breakfast pastries, home-made yogurt, jam and butter) and, unlimited!

And ... unlimited access to the ZEN DEN area.

*ZEN DEN

An area where I am told the photos do not truly convey how exceptional it is!  A Ultra-Bio-Ozone® stainless steel Nordic bath heated all year (38-39°), a barrel Finish sauna and a bucket (cold) water shower.  The above rates include unlimited access to the ZEN DEN. 

OPTION

Have the cleaning crew come mid-stay so you don't have to worry about it. They'll change sheets, towels and clean all surfaces.  125€ for 5 hours. Must be reserved in advance.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of 2000€ is required 14 days prior to arrival date (by wire transfer).
